We have an exciting opportunity for a proven HR generalist Advisor to work with and support the Head of HR. This role will provide advice and guidance to Senior Managers on complex HR and people issues as well as support in delivering the wider HR strategy to the business.

This role will sit within our HRA/HRBP community and will require flexibility to manoeuvre across our various businesses during peak times of work

**The Role**
- Build and sustain credible effective working relationships with senior managers and stakeholders as well as HR colleagues alongside advising, steering and influencing stakeholders on all end-to-end people related matters.
- Guide and support our managers through all employee processes and employee related issues such as the appraisal and salary review process and performance related issues.
- Support the Head of HR in the input into the day-to-day maintenance of succession planning information, highlighting talent, restructures and Consultations.
- Support the business to identify any learning and training needs for people
- Liaising and collaborating with HR colleagues on learning and development, communications & engagement, operations, recruitment and data
- Support the Head of HR to roll out and deliver specific strategies such as recruitment, retention etc
- Supporting with HR project’s where required alongside working with newly acquired businesses to insure smooth integration.
- Support with integration of newly acquired businesses where appropriate
- Strong experience in a generalist HR Advisor role with proven generalist knowledge and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to manage own workload and work independently but with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Experience in working with senior management and leaderships teams with the ability to support and advise confidently alongside being able to adapt to different styles and surroundings
- Possessing the ability to work under pressure whilst being available and approachable to all your stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
