Office Administrator

We are a growing property management company.. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly and efficient service and are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills who can multi task and be a key member of our busy office where no 2 days are the same.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the property team.
- Logging maintenance issues and issuing work orders to contractors.
- Liaising with contractors, clients, leaseholders and solicitors.
- Monitoring of compliance documentation to ensure all records kept up to date.
- Managing and administration of sales pack.
Personal Specification:
- Highly organised and always looking for efficient working practices.
- A positive can-do problem-solving attitude
- Proficient computer skills - especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- A professional, confident and clear communicator
- Energetic with a strong work ethic
- Punctual with strong time management skills
- A team player who puts the businesses needs at the forefront
