**Position**:
The Principal Security Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality professional services engagements across both the Cyber and Information Security realms. They are also here to coach junior consultants within engagements, to help refine consultancy offerings and to offer current and prospective customers a professional touchpoint.

The Senior Security Consultant may be an expert in one or more areas but relies heavily on their professional services skillset to be able seek out, define and deliver good outcomes for customers.

**What I Do Is**:

- Take the lead on customer engagements to ensure the high quality of outcomes in line with the proposed work. To achieve this, you will
- Have good customer expectation management skills
- Be great at coaching more junior consultants through engagements
- Hold yourself and others to high delivery standards
- Support, or lead as necessary, internal stakeholders such as the Sales team or Service Delivery in creating fit for purpose proposals for clients that minimise jargon and cut to the heart of problems to make clear risk reduction outcomes.
- Play the role of trusted advisor on multiple domains of cyber security to support our clients through their maturity journey
- Communicate across stakeholders to understand their current posture and sell your vision for their security maturity to technical and management stakeholders.
- Work to maintain the correct level of technical knowledge to align with Quorum Cyber offerings and client needs
- Break down silos rather than build them up. Coach, inspire and share knowledge.
- Support the Advisory Team Lead in maturing services and capabilities.
