**The Role**:
**Administation work**:
- Supporting the company director as required.
- Running or assisting with projects as they arise.
- Scheduling meetings, webinars, video conferences, tracking attendance.
- Taking notes at meetings, writing up and providing useful and attractive highlights, tracking the actions taken. Whilst also sharing your own ideas.
- Helping measure progress and success through website page visits, feedback forms, etc and creating statistics dashboards.
- Following process and picking up adhoc admin tasks for clients.
- Helping design and create content for client.
- Generating and implementing ideas to progress the service we give our clients.
**Marketing work**:
- Running social media accounts - creating content and regularly posting to build online community and generate leads.
- Reviewing and creating content for the website to keep it relevant and updated and helping with website maintenance and SEO.
- Researching and looking for business development opportunities and being involved in the admin behind this.
**Future Prospects**:
This role is key to helping the business move forward, so it is perfect for someone who is ambitious but prefers to work in a small, hands-on business rather than in a large organisation.
