Business Administrator

An opportunity has arisen in Novalis Trust for the position of Business Administrator to support the Resident Architect at the Trust.
The role would be based at our offices at Ebley House, Nr Stroud, and would involve assisting with all aspects of business administration to include, but not exhaustive of:
- Supporting in all administration tasks as required, as directed by the Resident Architect and Department Manager
- To process department relevant invoices and provide support to the Department Manager for tendering of products and services
- Liaising with the training department for new staff inductions and supporting the Department Manager in providing specific training for the department
Once competent and full training has been received, the role will also include providing support for the Department Manager in staff appraisal meetings of the maintenance team. This would involve arranging, attending and taking minutes for the meetings.
Hours: Five days per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm
**Salary**: starting at £25,000.00 per annum depending on qualifications/experience
Holidays: 28 Days per annum (including bank holidays)
