Richmond Furniture Limited is a privately owned family business renowned for the quality of its superior kitchens. Since its establishment in 1987, with roots dating back to the mid 1940’s, Richmond has grown a solid reputation as a provider to the specific needs of the contract kitchen market, supplying specialist ranges for the public housing sector, private developer market and trade merchants. Richmond also produces a Studio Living Accommodation range of products designed to provide functional and durable living spaces without compromising on style.
Due to increased demand, we are looking for a Customer Support & Administrator at our factory offices in Hadfield, Glossop. This position will be office based, working with an experienced, friendly Customer Services team where you will Interact with customers, Installation teams and project managers to provide excellent organisation and customer service. As a Customer Support and Administrator you will be responsible for processing information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

**What's in it for you?**
**Salary**: £21,500 per annum
Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Early finish on a Friday - working 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 15:30 on Friday.
Holiday Entitlement: 30 days’ holiday, increasing after service and the option to buy additional holidays.
