**The Role**
Our client has a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Trainee Account Executive to join their team You’ll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, promoting and cross selling their suite of products, including Financial Services & Risk Management Services and their range of Motor and Personal General Insurance products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Pro-actively seeking out and researching businesses within commercial sectors in order to develop a sales pipeline.
- Reviewing and identifying the commercial insurance needs of prospects and advising on insurance products.
- Utilising your training, support and resources in order to develop an in-depth understanding of their target commercial sectors and the associated insurance products.
- Handing over new clients to the customer focused team of Service, Claims and Account Management colleagues, they will ensure that the new business you’ve generated is well looked after and retained come renewal.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- An understanding of the Agricultural Sector is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
- Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
