We are the UK’s leading domestic appliance repair company and we’re great at what we do. As a family-run business operating for over 40 years we do this by recruiting and keeping great talent. We look after our people who, in turn, look after our customers.

Our business is repairing domestic white goods appliances for varied customer types ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies. We do this by utilising the great engineers we have working in the field as well as through our network of subcontractors.

**Role Overview**: We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Key Client Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. Based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire office, this role operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with Saturdays (9 am-5 pm) on a monthly rota with a 30-minute lunch break each day.

**What you’ll get up to as a Key Client Accounts Executive**
- Efficiently answer customer queries
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales
- Use business and financial acumen to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
- Upsell services and appliances
- Schedule engineer visits
- Manage open repair jobs by coordinating with customers/tenants and agents/homeowners
- Keep client portals updated and customers informed
- Oversee repairs for manufacturers and agents
