I am recruiting a New Business Representative for a leading financial service based in the Surrey area.

As a New Business Representative, you will be acting as the initial point of contact for potential customers and intermediaries seeking information about the financial products and services provided by the business.

As a New Business Representative, you will have up to date knowledge on all products (training provided) and the role will be split 80% phones and 20% admin.

After a probationary period of six months, hybrid working options become available, with opportunities to pursue professional qualifications, sponsored by the business, following successful completion of probation. **What the role entails of **New Business Representative**:
You will be part of a small team that predominantly handles mortgage and savings inquiries while also managing various administrative tasks.
- You will be part of a small team, mostly taking savings and mortgage calls as well as completing various administration tasks.
- Maintaining current and up to date knowledge of all of the products and services offered by the society and the third parties who they have a formal relationship with.
- Ensure timely, precise, and effective responses to inquiries from existing and potential customers, intermediaries, and other pertinent third parties, consistently providing helpful solutions in every instance.
