**Make a difference as a Retail Team Leader & Administrator**

You’ll oversee our on-site retail and bar areas, providing a friendly and welcoming service to our young guests, families and other visitors. You’ll ensure your team keeps these areas stocked, organised and visually appealing, encouraging creativity with shop & bar displays to keep them fresh and fun. You’ll maximise productivity and profitability through effective stock management, spending incentives and cash handling.

You’ll also provide administrative support to the centre management team, to assist with the smooth running of centre.

**Is this you?**

We are looking for someone with previous retail experience who takes pride in delivering great customer service. You will be confident handling administration tasks, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences.

Experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position as management training will be given.
