**Make a difference as a Housekeeping Team Leader**

Many children are nervous about staying away from home. At PGL we take pride in making our young explorers as welcome as possible with a comfortable & clean environment. A great night’s sleep in a freshly made bed will leave them raring for a new day of adventure

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be accountable for leading a team of Housekeeping Assistants to ensure all our guest & communal areas look and feel warm and welcoming, creating fantastic first impressions and making our visitors feel at home.

**Is this you?**

You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence and problem-solving talent to resolve any issues that stand in the way of delivering excellent guest experiences.

We’re looking for individuals with 3+ months experience within a housekeeping role and a recognisable qualification in Health & Safety. Experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position.
