Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an **Admin Assistant** to join our team at our frozen warehouse operation in Reading, supporting our customer Waitrose. You will be responsible for completion of payroll reports in an accurate and timely manner while making sure all other administrative duties are to a high standard.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00 (30 hours a week).

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Completion of Payroll reports for both GXO and Agency colleagues using sites Time and Attendance system
- Play an active role in site engagement activities, working closely with Campus Engagement Coordinator to plan and rollout activities in line with contract engagement calendar
- Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained and site rules and regulations as adhered to
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Previous experience with payroll is advantageous
- Strong planning, organising and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
