The role of the Admin Assistant is important to us. You will be responsible for the to provide a dedicated resource within the New Business Originations team to deal with administration tasks. To be able to respond quickly and thoroughly to our internal colleague'srequest and complete daily tasks on time and accurately. Ensuring we live up to our overall team key deliverables and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's), governance, compliance, and regulations.
What would your day look like?
Complete daily and monthly Payment runs
Maintaining the New Business inbox to a high standard
Ensured deals are saved accurately and placed into the New Business queue for checking
To work closely with our Sales team to ensure a first-class customer experience
To minimise risk to the business by adhering to KYC and risk policies
What do we expect of you?
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail focus
Experience in an admin / office support role
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet deadlines
