Owlsworth is a group of specialist construction companies operating at the top end of our respective sectors, the largest of which is a building conservation contractor working on prestigious and unique projects for clients that include Historic Royal Palaces, National Trust, English Heritage, Oxford Colleges, plus private clients often on large country estates and the odd windmill.

We are seeking a proactive **Commercial** **Project Admin** to support our busy Commercial Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with **construction administration experience**, or a **graduate/junior Quantity Surveyor** looking to gain hands-on project experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate project records and cost data
- Assist in preparing cost reports and valuations
- Support Quantity Surveyors with project documentation
- Liaise with office, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Attend site meetings as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in construction administration and/or Commercial qualification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent with MS Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicles
