Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to join Investec on a 6-month contract? Investec is seeking a motivated Payouts Admin Assistant to join our Asset Finance team in our Reading office.

Our Asset Finance team in Reading plays a pivotal role in supporting businesses through tailored finance solutions that help them acquire and manage assets effectively. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting client relationships.

What will I be doing?

• Administration of Payouts Team Inboxes, dealing with queries that arise into the inboxes, working closely with the Payouts Team Leaders
• Administration of Payouts Team Welcome Packs, to check all paperwork and signatures before sending packs out, sign necessary paperwork up sign off limit.
• Assist with daily payment runs
• To help with any ad hoc tasks that arises within the Payout Department
