We are looking to recruit a **Senior Digital Marketing Specialist** based in Stockport / Wakefield to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years’ experience at a Senior level.
You will have significant experience in executing major projects, initiatives and end-to-end campaigns, delivering demonstrable results and outcomes.
Advanced communication, listening and influencing skills are essential. You will have experience
of working with Senior Leadership and stakeholders across multiple Sales channels. Experience of working in larger enterprises / Corporate businesses could be advantageous.
Travel across the UK to various office locations for meetings and team collaboration will be required.
**The Team**
The Marketing Department is an influential dynamic and creative team of 23 people split across Product Marketing, Marketing Communications and Marketing Operations. Responsible for launching new products and services, supporting a number of Sales Channels, and creating customer campaigns and initiatives.
The Marketing Communications Team ensure that the Sharp brand is presented correctly and delivers a wide range of strategic and tactical activity, contributing to our sales results and success.
**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the Marketing strategy and plan, taking ownership
of those aspects allocated to you
- Proactively plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and other experiments across digital channels to improve conversion rates
- Produce regularly reporting on the effectiveness of your areas
of responsibility, suggesting areas of improvement
- Develop project briefs and support other team members to ensure project / campaign targets are achieved
- Utilise and maintain the marketing systems and tools as per the agreed processes
- Work with external agencies to achieve business objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns at the best price and value
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure an understanding of each area, their goals, and objectives
**Requirements**:
- Circa 5 years+ in marketing or equivalent in experience
- Strong communication, listening and influencing skills
- Professional marketing qualification
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and techniques
- Experience of various digital marketing platforms such as MOZ, SEMrush, HubSpot, Drupal and WordPress, GA4 are advantageous
- Project managed major initiatives or campaigns
- Delivered activity across the marketing communications mix
- Commercially aware with a curious and creative mind-set
- Data-driven and analytical
- Self-motivated and resilient
