About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all things digital for Marketing – across our own brand and our growing portfolio of property clients.
This is a hands-on role for a digital all-rounder who can confidently plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns that drive performance. You'll oversee websites, SEO/GEO, PPC, Meta and email marketing; manage multiple client PropTech systems; and lead on reporting, automation, and AI adoption.
You'll manage online advertising campaigns end-to-end – from Google Ads and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to landing pages and tracking – and you'll use Google Analytics and other analysis tools to understand performance, optimise budgets, and continually improve ROI.
You'll collaborate closely with their copy, design and account management teams to ensure every campaign is aligned with client objectives, on brand, and backed by clear data. You'll also be a key voice in shaping their digital roadmap, keeping their client at the forefront of digital and AI-driven marketing.
They're growing fast, and this role is designed to grow too – with the right person expected to step up to Head of Digital Marketing in the very near future.
What You'll Be Doing
Digital Strategy & Delivery
Lead all digital marketing activity for our cleint and their clients — websites, SEO/GEO, PPC, Meta and email marketing.Manage and optimise client websites, from concept through to content, UX, performance, analytics, and conversion tracking.Own paid media performance — plan, build and optimise Google Ads and paid social campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and tight cost control.Deliver SEO and GEO strategies that drive visibility, quality traffic, and organic growth.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practice, platforms, and property sector trends – and translate this into practical ideas for clients.Email & CRM
Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns using a variety of email platforms, with tracking back into client CRM systems.Build and refine flows, segmentation and automation to drive engagement, retention and revenue.Test subject lines, content and send strategies to continually improve open, click and conversion rates.AI, Automation & PropTech
Champion automation and AI — identify and implement opportunities to make our processes smarter, faster and more effective.Be the lead and driver for the continued adoption, implementation and development of our AI capability and processes across the agency.Work confidently with PropTech platforms (such as Spectre, BriefYourMarket and others), understanding how they integrate into wider marketing strategies and client journeys.Digital Project Management
Coordinate digital projects and initiatives – from website updates and landing page launches to campaign asset delivery and tracking set-up.Work with developers, designers, and copywriters to ensure every project hits brief, stays on track, and delivers measurable results.Support new website builds and client onboarding, ensuring tracking, tagging and analytics are correctly implemented from day one.Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools (e.g. Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, platform dashboards).Develop dashboards and reports to track client performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, communicating them confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.Continually test, learn and optimise campaigns to improve ROI and overall digital performance.Our client's own Marketing

3+ years' experience in digital marketing (agency background and/or B2B experience preferred).Proven experience managing and optimising online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social platforms.Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, and ideally Looker Studio.Experience managing websites (ideally WordPress) and integrating digital tools and tracking.Hands-on experience with email marketing platformsExcellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to brief and collaborate with creative and copy teams.Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities – comfortable owning projects and deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and generate actionable insights.A huge commitment and enthusiasm for all things AI, with a clear view on how AI and automation can transform marketing.Experience in the property sector (ideal but not essential).Why Work With our client
