**Role: HR Advisor - 6 Month Contract**

**Location: London/Work from Home**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**The Role**:
The HR Advisor will support the HR Manager and Head of Talent in the people team. The project will be an initial 6 months Fixed Term Contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- HR Project management - new systems, policies, procedures etc
- Dealt with employee relations issues, disciplinary, grievance etc
- Operational HR - varied generalist activities, support HRM and HoT
- Systems orientation, HR systems experience with a high degree of data accuracy
- You will have the flexibility to work in the office or remotely.

**Who is best suited to this role?**
- CIPD level 3 or 5 or equivalent
- Educated to degree level or have acquired substantial relevant experience
- Must have a high regard for confidentiality
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High degree of personal integrity, trust, openness and honesty
- Reactive work style, with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
