A large Transportation firm based in London who pride themselves in being at the forefront of excellence within the industry. They have also supported thousands of skilled jobs in the UK for talented individuals.

Due to recent changes in the team they are no looking to hire a HR Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis to join their team. The initial temporary assignment will last 3 months and then go permanent thereafter.

The company is based in London, close to Victoria station and is easily accessible.

**HR Advisor, London**

The role of HR Advisor will consist of:

- 50% Recruitment - all aspects
- 50% HR and Payroll
- Providing support to managers
- Advising employees on any queries they may have
- Monitoring the HRIS system
- Working as a team to deliver HR projects
- Performing general HR administration

**Profile**
- **Have prior experience working in a HR environment - with payroll**:

- Have great interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Be able to work well alone and within a team
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a resilient character
