**What will you be doing?**
As a Senior Digital Marketing Business Partner within this team, your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and interpreting marketing data, encompassing digital campaign performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to derive data-driven insights that contribute to refining marketing strategies.
- Utilising analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital marketing channels.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to effectively communicate marketing performance to stakeholders.
- Providing recommendations for optimisation based on data insights to enhance overall campaign success.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assisting in the development of customer segmentation strategies for targeted digital marketing campaigns.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing analytics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to implement A/B testing and other experiments aimed at improving campaign effectiveness.
**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, ideally within the B2B Technology, Retail/Ecommerce sectors.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, capable of deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency in utilising data visualisation technologies such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Proficiency in utilising database management technologies such as SQL, Salesforce, etc.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
In addition to the core skills/experience above, the following competencies are essential for success in this position:
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
