We are looking for an experienced CBT therapist with strong CBT skills acquired in an acute mental health setting. You will be BABCP Accredited. Those working towards accreditation may also be considered. We also have opportunities for integrative therapists who are BACP accredited, UKCP Psychotherapists and HCPC registered psychologists.
Manchester Wellbeing Centre has been in operation since 2016, working as part of The Priory Group’s Private Healthcare division. Open 8am till 8pm Monday to Friday, The clinic boasts 7 consulting rooms and 1 group therapy room offering a range of outpatient services to our clients in the North West. Our team of therapists, psychologists and consultant psychiatrists allow us to offer a multidisciplinary approach for our clients ensuring a high standard of care. Our goal is to always treat the individual and ensure we support our clients on their personal journey.
The Manchester Wellbeing Centre in Cheadle is looking to recruit a full time and part time CBT therapist; the role of the therapists will be to provide CBT therapy, providing therapy to clients at the centre who have been referred by Consultant or therapy assessment which has indicate the need for further therapeutic intervention.
A dedicated administration team supports this pathway ensuring that the therapists are dedicated to delivering the best patient experience.
The Therapists will be based at the Manchester Wellbeing Centre and the hours of work will be between 8am-6pm initially with one evening per work working until 8pm.
Therapists should hold a professional postgraduate Diploma qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and be accredited with the BABCP or working towards their BABCP accreditation.
Option of this role to be delivered as a Blended Model, holding a caseload of both face-to-face and remote therapy clients.
