An opportunity has arisen to join our high performing and ambitious Public Health team as a Public Health Contracts Support Officer. This role is key in the coordination of public health contracts.

**_ Your Role_**

Our Public Health Contracts Support Officer will predominantly support the commissioning, re-commissioning and contract management of numerous contracts across Public Health. This role will have a specific focus supporting our Domestic Abuse Prevention Coordinator with the management of various, diverse domestic abuse prevention contracts, but the postholder will also support Public Health Programme Managers who also manage commissioned services including substance use, oral health and sexual health.

**_ About You_**

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a key interest in public health, preferably with some previous proven experience in commissioning and/or contract management. The Public Health Contracts Support Officer will be required to work and negotiate with a range of partner organisations across the health and care system including within the public, private and voluntary sector. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to start and/or build a career in public health and the postholder will have access to various learning and development opportunities.
