Dawson Levy Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting for both Trainee and experienced Account Managers, to work for a rapidly expanding equipment hire specialist who service the construction, FM and events industries.
Our client has been trading for just over one year and have substantially exceeded all projected revenue targets. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a start-up company who are already on track to become industry leaders in their field.
Working closely with senior management, you will be required to do business development and manage a portfolio of clients. It is a requirement of the role to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure maximum profitabilityfor the business.
You will receive 1-2-1 training and support from the Directors to ensure you reach your full potential.
**Job Role**
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Outbound sales calls
- Inbound sales calls
- Attend industry related events
- To provide advice to the customer as appropriate.
- To record information accurately using bespoke in-house systems whilst highlighting the unique requirements of each job and maintain customer CRM records.
- Relationship building
- Account management
- Negotiate prices with suppliers & customers
- Developing strong relationships and rapport with customers. You will ensure the customer receives exceptional service
**About You**
- Experience is providing a high standard of customer service.
- Sales Experience
- Experience in managing accounts.
- Confident
- Coachability
- Ability to identify new opportunities to sell products/services
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good negotiation skills.
