**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts, ensuring efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
- Demonstrated skills in bartending, and food production are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate team members effectively.

This position is for an immediate start.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.81-£13.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
