Your duties will include:

- Enter and create invoices and credit notes in the Sales Ledger timely and accurately.
- Resolve all customer queries and disputes.
- Accurate processing and allocation of customer receipts.
- Following up on missing remittance advices.
- Maintain credit control of outstanding debt, ensuring targeted levels are achieved.
- Maintaining adequate and accurate records of transactions.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Cooperating with external auditors.
- Cover for purchase ledger when necessary.
- Experience in a sales ledger environment.
- Experience using accounting systems, preferably Sage.
