This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in our Swindon office and paying between £70,000-£80,000 depending on experience.
**Role Summary**
Our people are passionate about what they do and they are highly prized in the competitive Google Cloud marketplace. It is therefore key that we keep them engaged. This role is pivotal to this. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Work with the Leadership Team to manage and advise on organisational change
- Development of our EVP to ensure Appsbroker stands out in the Cloud IT marketplace and attracts the best people
- Ensure that the recruitment process allows the best people to quickly move through the process and improve the key Recruitment KPIs
- Manage an effective on-boarding process for new team members
- Develop an appropriate Learning and Development culture which supports individuals across the whole company.
- Create a Performance Management process which truly motivates our teams and drives engagement and high performance by the use of competency frameworks and career maps.
- Support the European expansion plan from a people perspective
- Review the Pay and Reward structure and recommend and implement any agreed changes.
- Coach and lead a dedicated team in the UK and RO.

**Requirements**:
**YOU**:
- Are CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent
- Have experience of supporting a SME scaling up
- Can influence a Leadership Team and evidence it
- Think outside of the box, are creative and not afraid to push the boundaries
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Have great communication skills and work in a collaborative style
- Have a proactive nature and not afraid to change the status quo
- Have worked across different geographical locations
- You take ownership and accountability
