We are working exclusively with the stunning Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in Windermere, a 5* luxury hotel who pride themselves in having a passionate and friendly team,in recruiting a fixed term (6 months) Project Administrator to help in the implementation of their new HR System.

This opportunity would be perfect for an experienced administrator who is looking for an interesting and fast-paced role helping support the configuration of a brand new system that will help future-proof HR processes at a luxury hotel in the Lake District.

The role is full time (40 hours per week) but these can be worked over any days with 1 day working from home if required.

**The role**:
This is a fast-paced and varied role, and will include:

- Supporting the administration of the HR software system
- Acting as main focus point for queries on the HR system
- Proactively seeking out information to ensure all required fields are completed in the HR system
- Assisting with the writing of training materials for the HR system
- Supporting delivery of training and the roll out of the HR system
- Providing general support to wider business from time to time

**About you**:
This role would suit someone who has a strong administration background and is used to processing confidential information.

Along with this, you should:

- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills to a variety of stakeholders
- Be confident with all Google Business products (Gmail, Gdrive and Google Docs) and Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Be able to work independently and as a team - and know where your skills need support of others
- Be self-motivated and highly organised - proactive at updating on progress to deadlines

**Salary**: £21,840.00 per year
