**The role**:
This is a new and exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to participate in a wide variety of functions relating to food manufacturing and supply chain within a fast-growing biotechnology manufacturing business. You will work as the right hand to the Plant Manager, supporting the team with production administration, compliance, stock monitoring, and despatching of goods.
This is a fantastic role offering a unique level of exposure for someone looking to develop their knowledge of the operational side of manufacturing, and to make a real difference within a successful, award-winning company that is rapidly expanding its operation and capabilities.
**The Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, who is able to think on their feet, and who is able to communicate clearly and confidently with others.
- Good IT skills with ability to use Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word etc.)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferably food manufacturing)
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent administrative skills
