As Site Administrator youwill ensure that all essential site administration tasks are carried out in support of the manufacturing and sales units. This role would suit someone starting out in their career looking for a company that will invest in your future providing the vital trainingand development to help you grow.

**As Site Administrator you will be responsible for**
- Ensuring effective control of stores area and stock levels
- Organising all shipping activities
- Highlighting any impacts on production to the manufacturing manager
- Reducing and optimising inventory levels
- Improvement program involvement
- Providing cover for manufacturing technicians
- Exporting licence control
- Customer communication
- Material quality control
- Manage site supplier appraisal process
- General site administration duties - post / reception etc.

**Essential skills & qualifications needed**
- The ability to work closely and communicate with all levels of operational, management and engineering staff.
- Must demonstrate effective teamwork
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages particularly, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Problem solution orientated
- Product - Commercial awareness - understanding of customer requirements.
- Excellent communication both oral and written
- GCSE or A Levels
