T&S Heating is based in Arnold, Nottingham and due to excessive growth we now have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator.
**Job description**
Working as part of a developing customer service team you will be responsible for both incoming and outbound calls, planning operative diaries, liaising with customers, preparing quotes, raising purchase orders, designing and producing ADHOC reports, managing logistics and general administrative duties.
Please note: with this role, standby rota availability is a requirement.
Previous admin experience with Microsoft Office package is essential for this role.
Knowledge of the Plumbing and Heating industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Input sales data into CRM systems.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports on key indicators.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, and delivery status.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the order cycle.
- Compile and analyze sales data to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Identify trends and highlight areas for improvement in performance.
- Prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
- Manage documentation and filing systems.
