We are currently recruiting for part time Customer Experience colleagues (21 hours) with a starting salary of £23,184 (pro-rata), this is made up of a base salary of £21,200 (pro-rata) along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1,484 discretionary performance related.

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be.

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**

The role is based in Chichester branch.

To be considered for these opportunities, you would need to be able to commit to a minimum of 21hrs per week and be able to work flexibly between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday.

If you are interested in a part time role, during the initial training period you would be required to commit to working 7-hour shifts from 9am - 5pm during your training period. Once your training has been completed you would return to your agreed part time working hours.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
