Full time Youth Worker required to support 11 - 16 year olds in an alternative provision.

**About the role**:
This alternative provision are looking to appoint a self-motivated and dedicated Youth Worker to support secondary aged children on a 1:1 basis outside of the school environment on a full time basis.

The Youth Worker will be supporting autistic children with life skills and various activities.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Youth Worker you will:

- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs
- Ability to build positive relationships quickly
- Have a patient and caring nature

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
