**Senior Healthcare Assistant Job Description Pay Rate**: £13,10 per Hour Shift Patterns: Day shift times 07:25 am - 19:45 pm Night shift = 19:25 pm - 07:45 am Company Description Our Healthcare Division offers a variety of services including Mental Health, Addictions, Brain Injury and Rehabilitation and Recovery treatment plans. Our roles can be flexible around your lifestyle, either full or part time and with a variety of shift patterns including weekdays and weekends. Job Description Were seeking individuals experienced in a similar setting to supervise colleagues, administer medication, lead support planning, manage petty cash and client funds, and act as the point of contact in the absence of site leadership. Good numeracy skills are essential as will need to manage monies.
You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team alongside our qualified staff, youll help to meet the psychological and emotional needs of a diverse group of individuals, with varying degrees of either mental health or physical issues. Every day, you'll make a positive difference to their lives. Our teams provide care and support for individuals with different conditions at Priory sites all across the UK.
It would be ideal if you have around 2-5 years previous experience gained in a similar role. However whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to peoples lives. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support. Not only is full training provided, but there are numerous career pathways available to you, including our Nurse Apprenticeship program.
