Family First Fostering (FFF) is a friendly, supportive, and professional independent fostering agency established to meet the needs of young people, who require quality foster placements, between the ages of 0 - 18 years of either gender.

**Requirements**:

- Are you at least 21 years-old?
- Do you have a spare bedroom big enough for a young person to live in?

Sharing with birth children not permissible
- Are you a full-time permanent resident in the UK or have leave to remain?
- Do you have the time to care for child or young person?

Often on a full-time basis
- Are you computer literate and have a good command of the English Language?

**The Role**

Fostering is one of the most rewarding careers which allows you to maintain the priorities of family life whilst providing a loving environment for a child in need.

Becoming a foster carer is probably one of the most rewarding things you’ll ever do - yes, you may find it challenging at times, but you’ll have a dedicated team of professionals available around-the-clock to support you in your role.

The process to become a Foster Carer is not as difficult as you may think; from initial enquiry through to approval could take as little as 3 months, with the majority completed within 4-6 months.

You will be offered training from the very beginning, and ongoing training throughout your fostering career

Once approved, you’ll experience one of the most humbling careers as you watch a child, who’s not been given the best start in life, flourish in your care.

Pay: £400.00-£800.00 per week
