As a Fostering Recruitment Advisor you will be our first point of contact to potential foster carers by visiting them in their homes to actively promote the benefits of becoming a foster carer with Capstone Foster Care. As a Fostering Recruitment Advisor you will provide guidance and support our prospective foster carers through our recruitment process providing a positive and personal customer journey, working with marketing to identify local events to increase foster carer enquiries.

**Monday, Wednesday and Friday is ideal but we do have some flexibility.**

**This is a home based position but you will be required to attend the Stratford office a couple of times a month for meetings and events. Travel will be required across the South East to visit prospective foster carers.**

**What we are looking for**:

- Fostering/social care sector experience would be ideal but this is not essential
- Experience in sales or event planning desirable
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual who can communicate with a vast cross section of our communities
- Flexibility to cover evening or weekend appointments when required
- Driving licence with access to transport
