We’re looking for a Designer to join our team. You will spend your time designing, developing and maintaining new and existing creative templates and supporting the design team in striving to deliver relevant communications for customers, whilst simultaneously driving trade for the business.

As our Designer, you’ll use your creative flair to help us achieve our goal. A great imagination is really important, as we are always looking for new ways to keep our customers inspired and engaged.

You will play a key role in executing and optimising multi-channel marketing assets to retain and grow our convenience customer base - all of which need to be creative and engaging, whilst remaining consistent within our brand and guidelines.

This position follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week. Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Hilmore House, our head office, offers convenient amenities, including a subsidised on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, a prayer room, free parking, and frequent company wide events and promotions.

Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the in house design teams
- Assisting the team by creating internal assets such as media decks, presentations, and proposals

**About You**:
For this role, we’re looking for someone who is:

- Degree level or equivalent education in a design or digital based discipline
- Previous experience with Adobe Suite
- Able to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
- Excellent communication and time management
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
- Work at pace and to tight deadlines
- Experience in HTML and CSS, motion graphics and video editing would be desirable but not required
