Digital Learning Designer

**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Learning & Development team as a Learning & Design Specialist. As a Specialist you will design, deliver and evaluate digital and face to face learning solutions aligned to the overall business strategy.

Working closely with the L&D business leads in Retail, Centre and Manufacturing & Logistics to design effective learning solutions which develop the capability of our colleagues to effectively deliver their job roles.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Design and deliver learning for all divisions
- Complete listening groups and training needs analysis to identify and design effective learning solutions with voice of customer (internal and external)
- Deliver train the trainer where necessary to upskill facilitators
- Identify and manage resources (internal or external) and ensuring learning materials are produced to support project and business as usual work
- Effective planning and implementation of digital solutions
- Simplify, speed up and improve existing learning solutions for BAU training
- Ensure key contacts keep reference materials accurate and up to date
- Close management of costs for any learning with budget attached
- Designs cost effective solutions with attention to volume roll out training
- Gather feedback and evaluation to assess training effectiveness

This is a hybrid role operating over a four day working week*. This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

- Extensive knowledge of learning design and delivery and interpretation of business needs
- Project methodology and planning tools including continuous improvement for efficiency
- Learning design expertise creating blended solutions
- Innovative digital learning solutions, creative and externally focused for new ideas
- Great listener, uses customer feedback to drive design
- Engaging communicator who can influence key stakeholders and deliver learning well
- Experience building interactive, end-to-end learning solutions in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Experience storyboarding, filming and editing engaging, short videos
- Experience of designing creative learning solutions using a blended approach
- End to end ownership and project management across business functions
