**About the Role**

**You and Your Team**:
As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be reporting to the Digital Learning Lead. In this position, you will assist in the design and delivery of learning technology, such as e-learning and blended learning solutions, that support the overall Learning & Leadership strategy and wider Learning Technology advances.**In your day-to-day role, as a Digital Learning Specialist you will**:

- Design and deliver online learning and development initiatives across the organisation which support the broader Learning and Leadership development agenda.
- Implement best practice when developing eLearning materials and oversee the end to end eLearning process lifecycle for individual projects.
- Support the continual evaluation of online learning and make improvements to initiatives as needed.
- Design and develop new online learning programmes from inception through to delivery and evaluation

**Skills & Experience**

**What you will bring to the team**:

- A background in Learning & Development specialising in Learning Technology.
- A good understanding of L&D within a regulated environment.
- Deep expertise in digital learning / e-learning design and a passion for next generation learning.
- Able to handle detail orientated work while meeting schedules and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured and able to develop and deliver against a project plan.
- Relevant experience within the Learning Technology space
- Experience of working with Learning Management Systems and external 3rd party content providers.
