**We’re Hiring: Clinical Nutritionist or Dietitian (Part-Time)**
**Location**: Kind Aesthetics Wellness Clinic, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham (Flexible Part-Time)
At Kind Aesthetics Wellness, we believe radiant skin starts within. We’re looking for a passionate **Clinical Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian** to join our growing team and support clients with **gut health, hormonal balance, skin conditions, and overall wellness**.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Offer personalised nutrition plans for clients struggling with:
- **Acne, rosacea, pigmentation, and inflammation**:
- **Gut issues, weight concerns, and hormonal imbalances**:
- Collaborate with our aesthetic team to create **“inside-out” treatment plans**, such as:
- **Skin peels + anti-inflammatory diets**:
- **Microneedling + gut healing support**:
- Educate clients on how diet and nutrition impact their skin, mood, and energy

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients to identify dietary needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on assessment findings, ensuring they align with medical guidelines and patient goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to educate them about nutrition-related issues and dietary modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
- Stay updated on the latest research in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately in accordance with organisational policies.
**Qualifications**
- A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is essential.
- Registration with the relevant professional body is required.
- Proven experience in clinical dietetics or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate complex nutritional information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their dietary challenges.
