**Resourcing Business Partner**
**The Role**
**This is a full time, **permanent** role which is will require travel across the UK visiting Universities. Ideally you will have experience with working with universities in the past and building relationships.**
Bupa Dental Care (BDC) has embraced significant growth in terms of both acquisitions and revenue. Our resourcing team play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success of the BDC business, ensuring that we continue to attract high performing, talented individuals across all of our practices, fields and support centre roles. Driving the delivery of our resourcing strategy, delivering objectives in alignment with BDC’s operational and clinical agendas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for identifying engagement opportunities, building out annual calendar of events to promote careers in BDC to Foundation Dentists, Hygiene/Therapy students.
- Accountable for hiring Newly qualified clinician nationally (Foundation Dentist traineer, Dental Core Trainees, Hygienists/Therapists)
- Working both operationally and strategically with relevant Practice/Area
- Managers and Regional Operations Directors to identify engagement opportunities understand and meet the hiring needs of BDC.
- Pro-actively identifying future needs, forecasting and resource planning with the practice sites and Operations leadership team.
- Managing full lifecycle resourcing, from requisition, to search and selection, through to offer management and acceptance.
- Developing strong working relationships within BDC and across the broader Bupa business, through regular practice visits and attendance of area meetings.
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with the Employed
- Resourcing team, maximising opportunities to work collaboratively and avoiding duplication of efforts
- Continually developing, replenishing and managing talent pools using both traditional and innovative means.
- Partnering with the Social Media and Attraction Manager to create and deliver targeted sourcing plans in hard to fill areas
- Managing and maintaining beneficial relationships with BDC’s preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies
**Requirements**:
- Significant resourcing experience, either within an agency, RPO or in
- house resourcing team
- Working with Universities and coordinating events
- Experience in Early Years Careers
- In depth experience of direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies
- Demonstrable experience of building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Superior relationship and rapport building skills, with the a focus on driving best in class performance within resourcing
- Experience of utilising and maintaining an ATS, ideally eArcu.
- Strong influencing, negotiating and consulting skills, particularly with senior leaders and clinicians
- Experienced in competency based interview, both remotely and in person
- Resourceful and resilient
- Confident presenting to small & large audiences
