Location: On-site at BCRM, Bristol

Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience)

Sector: Healthcare (IVF/Reproductive Health experience highly desirable)

Salary: £33,000-35,000 per annum prorate

Bristol Centre for Reproductive Medicine (BCRM) is one of the UK's leading fertility clinics, known for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. As part of our ongoing growth, we are now looking to appoint a highly capable Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our operations.

Job Purpose

The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR expertise to drive organizational performance, talent development, and employee engagement. · To act as the primary HR contact for business leaders in assigned local operations, driving people initiatives, advising on HR matters, and supporting the implementation of global HR strategies at the site level. · To closely cooperate with the Group HR functions, share insights, and provide all required data to ensure consistency, compliance, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Support local management in people-related decisions and organizational effectiveness.

· Execute HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development and other HR services

· Resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

· Coordinate with centralized HR functions for implementation.

· Provide HR data, insights, and recommendations to business leaders to drive business decisions

Education & Professional Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or similar

Knowledge /Skills/Experience

· 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in operational settings.
