A fast-growing entrepreneurial beverage brand is looking for a passionate and experienced **Operations Manager** to join its team.

**As the Operations Manager you will**:

- Manage all day-to-day operations across multiple sites
- Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
- Provide guidance to employees and maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organisation
- Hire, train and continuously develop management teams
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Ensure operational and Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Maintain high standards, compliance and company procedures
- Grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation’s internal capacity
- Control labour, costs, budgets and expenditure
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Oversee materials and inventory management
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products and encourage staff to develop their product knowledge
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
- Travel to different locations within the UK

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position in the F&B industry
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Ability to inspire, develop and motivate the team
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures
- P&L

**Salary** £ Competitive + bonus
