**CLEANING AND LOGISTICS TEAM LEADER**

Appetite4Work is seeking experienced events team leaders to manage cleaners and general assistants. Our client is a respected and well-established venue based in The City of London that caters for an exciting variety of events. We are looking for organised and adaptable individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

**Cleaning and Logistics Team Leader Duties**:

- Supervising a timely room set-up for client conferences.
- Supervising, monitoring, and motivating your team of cleaners and general assistants by leading by example.
- Ensuring a smooth and punctual handover to service staff.
- Reporting any issues such as damage to furniture in a timely manner.
- Attend to guests speedily and courteously.
- Managing stock and receiving deliveries.
- Administrative and training responsibilities.
- Ensuring the environment is always clean and safe for both clients and staff.
- Working effectively with other colleagues in other departments.
- Other reasonable logistics tasks as requested.

**Cleaning and Logistics Team Leader Personal Qualities**:

- 2 years minimum recent experience in a similar role such as in logistics or event management.
- Physically comfortable with heavy lifting, moving furniture, etc.
- Ability to get to and from work as required and on time.
- Ability to provide your own basic uniform if required such as smart black shoes and smart black trousers.
- Well-presented and hygienic.
- Thrives in busy environments and adaptable to change at short notice.
- Confident communicator and a passion for customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: Up to £14.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
