Job Req Number: 104127Time Type: Full Time Warehouse Team Leader - Night shift Location: Feltham Shifts: 4 on 4 off 19:00-07:00 Are you passionate about operational excellence and safety in cargo handling? We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse and dispatch operations. What will you be doing? Ensure all cargo is received, handled, packed, and dispatched safely and efficiently. Manage a team of operatives, assessing workloads and delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Maintain compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Inspect cargo condition, complete necessary documentation, and report any damage or discrepancies. Check vehicles and mechanical handling equipment for safety and suitability, ensuring defects are reported and repaired promptly. Observe and enforce security and Health & Safety standards, including IMCO/ADR requirements. Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately. Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive shift environment. About You Previous experience in a similar cargo or warehouse operations role. Valid forklift licence. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
