A fantastic opportunity has therefore arisen within the waiting staff department, as we are currently looking for a passionate & professional Restaurant **Head Waiter-Waitress** who can contribute to the continued success of our Bar & Restaurant. We are looking for a person who will work side by side with the General Manager and other Managers to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Full training will be provided.

We are offering:

- a Full-Time position, with an interesting pay of up to £15 per hour including tips & bonuses, as well as attractive possibilities to develop within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
- Ensure best customer service
- Coordinate the smooth operation of the restaurant
- Coordinate staff
- Train & motivate staff
- Stock Control/rotation
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Banking
- Create and execute plans for department sales and profit

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as waiter/waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry for at least 3 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
