CV Screen is recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join an impressive manufacturing company which is based in Lancashire. A salary of up to £22,000 is available with training and opportunity for career progression.

**YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Qualifying and documenting incidents logged.
- Working from a Helpdesk System to resolve tickets, ensuring SLA’s and KPIs are met
- Providing general end user desktop support on Desktops, Laptops, IP Phones, Headsets, Monitors, Tills etc
- Providing 1st Time Fixes on known issues.
- Troubleshooting issues without known fixes
- Escalating to 2nd Line where required.
- Provide Support for users working on site and from home.
- Provide remote support for users at Depots across the UK
- Stock and Asset management

This is a great opportunity for an 1st Line Support Engineer/IT Graduate to join a highly successful and well established manufacturing company based in Blackburn. Established nearly 30 years ago and employing over 700 staff across the UK, they are growingtheir IT Support team and there will be ample opportunity for growth and progression.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Good Understanding of Windows 7+
- Basic Understanding of Networking Fundamentals.Ability to do basic troubleshooting
- Excellent Call handling Skills
- People Person - working with a variety of different people
- Ability to accurately capture information
- Good Problem-Solving Skills
- Understanding of basic Networking

**DESIRABLE**:

- Windows Server 2012+
- Bespoke Application Support Skills

**SALARY**:
£20,000 to £22,000 + Training and Career Progression + Benefits

**HOURS**:
40 hours per week with shift pattern varying from 7am to 9am start

**LOCATION**:
Blackburn / Lancashire

**COMMUTE FROM**:
Burnley / Preston / Bolton / Greater Manchester
