The Business Intelligence Developer will also have a strong interest in understanding key business processes, commercial implications and a passion for developing new reporting solution via analytics.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Develop advanced analytics and reporting tools to provide senior management insight on key performance metrics that will enable strategic business decisions
- Translate business questions to data and analysis requirements; carry out SQL data mining, analysis and querying to produce effective reporting suites, visualisation and presentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Support ongoing Datawarehouse development in line with business requirements
- Developing and optimising efficient SQL code to improve data quality initiatives
- Support wider data strategy as / when required

**Qualifications Include**:

- Experienced Insight/Data/BI or MI developer or graduate with a relevant business/analytical degree
- Advanced MS skills (Excel/Access/VBA/PowerPoint) is essential
- Strong understanding of SQL database development and SQL querying functions
- Proficiency with further BI, reporting and visualization tools (ideally Power BI)
- Understanding of database development in SQL, ETL (SSIS) and query optimisation to support Data Migration
- High proficiency with structuring strategic analysis using appropriate statistical modelling, research techniques and visual presentations to support points of view
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including communications, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to understand business processes and commercial implications to make strategic recommendations

Hybrid work regime (Office - 2 days | Home working 3 days).
