Sales Administrator Duties for FFEG.
Reporting to the Finance & Admin Manager, the duties of this role will consist of being a central point of contact for our sales team for all sales administration.
Duties include, (but are not limited to):
Sales Admin aspects:
1. Ensuring all sales contracts are drawn up, checked for accuracy against our in-house CRM system and submitted to our suppliers in a timely fashion
2. Processing and following up information/ pricing requests
3. Validation of energy invoices via our bespoke online portal
4. Management of sales contract submissions until confirmed live
5. Managing and producing business written reports on a monthly basis
6. Full management of the front sheet policy
7. Providing daily updates with industry & supplier changes where necessary
8. Daily paradigm checks on the Admin side - Lock ins, terminations, COTs, Pending Lives, Issues tab ect
9. Providing generic after sales support
10. Answering inbound telephone calls and dealing with them appropriately
11. Other ADHOC tasks
Financial Aspects:
1. Preparing and managing monthly forecasting
2. Prepare and manage payments received and purchases made by the company
3. Seek to improve the financial controls within the company
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (required)
- Finance: 1 year (preferred)
