Property Marketing Assistant **Salary**: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum Hours: full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Hybrid working environment - 2 days at home, 3 days in office. Objectives: To deliver effective property marketing across the whole organisation To manage property marketing activity and communication You'll be helping to guide the marketing of each property to success and navigating any challenges along the way. You will be the "hands-on" person for the project and so will work with a team of Solicitors and admin team to ensure all property marketing campaigns run smoothly. Main Duties To instruct Survey Reports, Energy Performance Certificates, photographs and floorplans and use them to prepare sale details and brochures for properties for sale or land To prepare attractive Sales Particulars to enhance the marketing of properties. To update property or land details on websites and other marketing platforms to advertise properties or land for sale Person Specification Qualified to a minimum of SCQF Level 6, and willing to work towards an appropriate professional qualification. They will also have: - Estate agency and/or paralegal experience in property sales and/or negotiation. - An adaptable nature and flexible work approach - A methodical approach to work and organisational skills - Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - A friendly and efficient telephone manner - Reliability and discretion in handling confidential work - Excellent IT skills and experience of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Out-look, - Experience of uploading to websites
