Join us and let's redefine the employee experience together **What we’re looking for** - Have 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, or 5+ years experience working in Employee Relations, with at least 3+ years experience conducting complex ER investigations. - Have the ability to maintain current and relevant knowledge of corporate policies and practices, employment law and other regulations - Have experience working with HR Information Systems (Workday, Service Now etc) - Have proven experience in managing high volume investigation caseloads with time management and prioritization skills - Have a high degree of integrity and competence dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information - Have the ability to use data to form hypotheses, and to operate and advise in the "gray" areas **Ways of Working** Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
